Waterboy
Waterboy is a Brooklyn-based queer indie-pop/rock band headed by, Sage Ballard de la Bastida, a trans-nonbinary and latinx artist from Southern California. Via glittery pop melodies and gritty rhythmic guitar licks, their intimate lyrics ride through the currents of finding self-love, processing grief, and queerness. The self-taught musician is recording their debut LP with Sword & Dagger Audio, projected to release in early 2025.
