Ani Mari is an alt-Americana singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Northwoods of Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula. She began performing and releasing albums with her folk duo, Ani & Kora, when she was 12 years old, and is now based out of Ann Arbor, MI, touring both regionally and nationally with her backing band. girlfriend (2023) is Ani’s debut solo album, recorded in Cleveland, MN, with production house Real-Phonic Records.
